What, specifically, do you mean by the terms “anarchy” and “fascism?” Since you say they have been around since before recorded history, are you using them to mean chaos (anarchy) vs. order (fascism)? The term anarchy has been around since the 1500s, but fascism was born just prior to WWII by Mussolini in Italy. Both of these terms are laden with multiple meanings depending on who you talk to.
