Unbiased information is a dying practice in the modern world. People have become complacent in forming opinions on issues, not waiting for supporting data or using statements without information to support it. So a person hears or reads something telling them the conclusion the should reach, and…
It is next to impossible to report the news in an utterly unbiased manner. However, we used to try. Now, it seems the louder you scream and behave in a generally unbalanced manner, the larger your audience. How often do we do any fact checking? Shouldn’t the news outlets be doing that? Instead, too often, unsupported claims get repeated and repeated by the news and people begin to believe it. They then go online and find a whole bunch more of the same and feel they are justified in their completely unsupported beliefs. Of course, most of us don’t go looking to prove ourselves wrong. Food Inc. is certainly biased and I believe they were upfront in their bias. However, I am not sure they guilty of what you accuse them of. I would need you to cite a specific scene from the movie as proof supporting your claim.
